I have tried using a dress code policy that simply says “Please dress professionally as our customers visit our facilities often” but that doesn’t always work.

I have had employees come to work in flip-flops, skimpy tank tops and ripped jeans. Can you please recommend a dress code policy that doesn’t get down to skirt lengths and acceptable and unacceptable cuts and fabrics, but that gets the point across?
