The Talent Acquisition and Development Intern will assist both the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams with responsibilities ranging from day-to-day recruiting processes and learning and development (L&D) activities to assist in tasks associated with key HR department projects and initiatives.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): 
Talent Development:  
Assist with the delivery of professional, career, and leadership development programs
Maintain and update relevant intranet sites, including sourcing and/or creating job aids, quick reference guides, micro-learning, and e-learning content on a variety of topics
Develop communications and marketing to promote learning resources for key audiences
Support the design and deployment of a new Learning Management System (LMS), including integration with learning content providers and creation of curated learning paths for key audiences
Support various employee engagement and experience initiatives
Talent Acquisition: 
Review survey results and identify common themes and develop strategies to address the challenges
Assist in creating tools for Hiring Managers, updating Quick Reference Guides, and developing a dashboard for hiring managers to refer to in Workday and SharePoint
Support the recruiters by reviewing tools for candidate sourcing and developing candidate pipelines
Collaborate with Directory, Diversity and Inclusion to advise, create tools, and enhance dashboards for Talent Acquisition team
Support process improvement projects to help align the team with their goals for 2023
Requirements: 
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with an interest in HR, I-O Psychology, Business Administration, Communications
Excellent organizational, project management, analytical and interpersonal skills
Current knowledge of research and best practices in learning; experience with blended learning approaches, virtual delivery, and instruction/technology platforms a plus
Facilitation and training skills for effectively delivering content to a diverse professional audience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Workday and/or SharePoint a plus
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry would be an asset but is not required
Ability to think creatively and be a team player
Offer flexibility with a willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Interest in attending various program events, including social gatherings, career development workshops, and more
Ability to commit to a 10-week, full-time summer program
