The Senior Manager, HR Business Advisor will partner with North America business leaders with the Business Operations, Medical Affairs, and Market Access organizations for our US and Canada clients. Through this partnership, the HRBA will execute on strategies which will facilitate Jazz’s growth and evolution towards an innovative biopharma company. Key to this is a corporate operating culture that supports scale and agility while driving an inclusive and accountable culture. This Human Resources role will have the opportunity to partner with key VP/SVP leaders to help drive change and key talent imperatives in partnership with the Senior HRBP. A critical responsibility of this role is to lead our efforts to ensure Jazz is cultivating its mission, values, and priority to be a great place to work.
Provide HR Business partnership and expertise to assigned leaders within the North America business to maximize organizational performance. This included performance coaching and employees relations management across designated client groups.
Support the implementation of people processes and pull through of HR Strategy including the support of organizational design and development, talent management, and change management.
Leveraging data driven insights to identify, and recommend resolutions associated with talent/ people challenges.
Act as a proactive and credible partner to leaders; bring ideas and HR perspective to business discussions.
May lead project based work in partnership with COEs (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Operations) help shape and deliver HR solutions and for near term and long-term
Supports implementation of HR programs and people processes in the business in ways that bring value.
Ensure strong collaboration with other North America HR colleagues to ensure alignment and coordinated efforts across broader North America client group.
Other HR project support or leadership as defined.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to understand HR data insights (people metrics) and diagnose and communication themes/ ideas using data and insight to drive tangible and impactful plans

Solid HR fundamentals including manager coaching, change management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR systems/processes
Ability to create/ sustain a high degree of integrity and trust both within function and business.
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
4+ years of HR Generalist experience required
HR related certifications/ training (Change Management, Coaching, etc.) preferred.
