Leading Through Uncertain Times
As HR leaders, we, and our entire organizations, are facing unprecedented challenges in responding to the novel coronavirus outbreak. To date, chief among these challenges has been to protect the wellbeing of workers while also maintaining business continuity and protecting the bottom line. As organizations have begun to settle into the “temporary new normal”, it is now time to face the next challenge of when and how to transition out of a shelter at home phase and eventually return employees to the workplace, while supporting a safe and productive environment. This requires not only strong operational and tactical planning, (with a healthy dose of flexibility) but also tremendous thought and care around leadership. Please join us for an exclusive roundtable discussion where Gaylene Xanthopoulos, President of The Leadership Edge, will inspire a dynamic conversation through her use of thoughtful questions, the presentation of relevant scenarios and the sharing or successful strategies implemented by her clients. You will leave this discussion having gained change management strategies, leadership best practices and inspiration for how to navigate the path beyond the current COVID-19 reality.
