This experience will be moderated by LHH’s Char Hutchins, SVP, Business Development and Rob Roberts, SVP, Talent Development.
Rob Roberts serves as the Senior Vice President, Talent Development for Lee Hecht Harrison’s Western Region, encompassing 10 states. He started with LHH 20 years ago in Atlanta, where he served as the senior consultant for a major management engagement initiative spanning an 11-state region. He now partners with the sales team to leverage his expertise in Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Career Development, and Change Management to create and provide solutions targeted to better develop, engage and retain LHH’s clients. He also serves as a global Master Coach for both LHH’s Employee Engagement and Change Management practices. Prior to that, Rob led the Los Angeles office to be a top-ranked practice office within the US. Besides overseeing the delivery of consultative services, he also managed the staffing, coaching certification, and training, as well as provided operations, P&L, and sales support. Additionally, Rob has provided ICEO coaching for all Los Angeles and Orange Counties C-Suite executives in LHH’s boutique suite of services. He adeptly interfaces with senior executives to uncover their needs, navigate the approach necessary, and deliver team-based solutions. He founded and led one of the top-rated senior networking groups in all of Southern California for more than 10 years.
Rob has more than 20 years of business experience and has proven adept at working with all levels of leaders and team members to improve their performance and leadership effectiveness. As a Master Coach, he is readily called upon by corporate and regional leadership to facilitate and conduct nationwide and global training, certifications, as well as coaching and presentations. He has facilitated hundreds of classes on professional development, manager effectiveness, employee engagement, change management, and career development. He also is a coach/facilitator of choice for UCLA’s Anderson School of Business’ Executive MBA and
Fully Employed MBA programs.
