PROGRAM DETAILS:
The first half of the program will focus on the data from the recent LifeHR Compensation Survey. The second half will be a panel discussion from HR Heads and a Board Member. This will be an excellent opportunity to discuss best practices and lessons learned, and to hear what metrics and data others are presenting to their comp committees. We’ll also discuss the movement toward Human Capital Management and what you can do to navigate the changing landscape.
Please note that this program will not be recorded. This will be an interactive session, and in-person attendance is strongly encouraged. If you would like to participate and ask questions live, please plan to attend in person. If you are joining remotely, you are welcome to listen in but will not be able to ask questions live. For those attending virtually, the zoom information will be sent after you RSVP.

Many of our attendees have generously offered to provide comp committee resources such as slide templates, metrics collected, etc. Once you have RSVP’d, you will receive a link to complete a survey with any questions you’d like to hear addressed from the panel and instructions on how to submit your comp committee resources (an example will be provided).
