As HR leaders, we spend so much time focused on others and the business and can neglect to turn the lens inward. In this session, we do just that. We are creating the time and space for HR to take a step back and focus on ourselves. We will:
- Conduct an HR Self-Assessment: This is a short self-assessment focused on various areas of HR (TA, TR, ER, etc.). This will be the basis for some of our discussion around scaling and where to shift the attention and focus based on circumstances.
- Leveraging Vendors: We all use various vendors and third parties to help with things like Benefits or even recruiting. When you’re a lean HR team, how can you leverage your partners more effectively and efficiently?
- Scaling HR: As the business grows, trials become successful, you gain FDA approval, etc. what is the best way to grow your HR team? What skills and characteristics should you look for? How can you build a successful team without over-hiring?
Registration Cost:
