Join us for an engaging session as Amy Hernandez, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Micaela Meeks, HR Director – Commercial, share their insights and lessons learned from Greenwich Biosciences’ recent successful commercial build. They will discuss how to leverage HR capabilities to add value and meaningful impact through the business partnership model.

SPEAKERS AND BIO’s:
Micaela Meeks joined Greenwich Biosciences in January 2018 as HR Director – Commercial. With over 15 years progressive experience in Human Resources, she has expertise in building high-performing, agile teams in high growth organizations, designing total reward and retention programs to attract, motivate and retain talent, and aligning and operationalizing HR capabilities to meet organizational demands. Prior to Greenwich Biosciences, Micaela served as the Commercial Business Partner/Total Reward Head for Prometheus Labs, a Nestle owned therapeutic and diagnostic organization and Global HR Director for Synteract, a global clinical research organization focused on the delivery of clinical trial solutions across multiple therapeutic areas. She has her BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through World at Work.
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader, Amy Hernandez has held a breadth of recruiting and leadership roles spanning e-commerce, medical device and pharmaceuticals. As Head of Talent Acquisition at Greenwich Biosciences, Amy oversees all US-based hiring for Greenwich Biosciences focusing on delivering innovative talent acquisition strategies and global project leadership. Within her first year at Greenwich, she developed and deployed a robust Commercial recruiting strategy that enabled the successful build of Greenwich’s inaugural sales force. Amy has her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
